The company expects 80 percent of sales in the new ForFour models. The company just put up the price a little more expensive than the previous version.
The all-new Smart ForFour is also a rival for a higher version of the Volkswagen Up-spec and chic Fiat 500. Although it is not good enough compared to rivals, but there are some parts that make forfour slightly superior.
A pair of machines
From the launch of only one machine available. This is a 69bhp petrol, 1 liter, three-cylinder that allows forfour to cover 0-62mph in 15.9 seconds with a top speed of 94mph.
It is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox, although we also have driven automatic smart will hit UK showrooms in mid 2015. A turbocharged engine should hit the range then too.
Three trim levels
You've got a trio of trim to choose - Passion, Prime and Proxy - but even at the lowest level you get 15-inch alloys, automatic climate control, ISOFIX child seat mount on the back and cruise control.
Removable cargo box and rear seats 50/50-split is also standard across the range.
Moving to a high-spec ForFours could collect such features panoramic glass sunroof, leather seats, sports suspension and larger 16-inch wheels. See the Equipment section for more information.
Great for encouraging
The beauty about how Smart drive is that the machines are sitting in the back, above the rear axle like the old VW Beetle. This allows the front wheel a lot of room to move, and hence change the circle forfour is really small, so it is suitable for city driving.
Price Range : £ 11.620 - £ 14.315
